The Coastal Canvas:A Beachfront Resort in Boca Raton

From a beachy welcome bash to the show-stopping final night, DCi designed and executed this multi-wave, ocean-inspired experience at The Boca Raton Resort. The resort served as a luxurious backdrop for nine full days of on-site experiences and entertainment. Our finance client’s incentive trip kicked off with a “Welcome to Boca” reception on the resort’s Spanish-style terrace, followed by a beach party on day two. Throughout the program, each wave of 600 attendees enjoyed breakfast and lunch served right on-site. As an added bonus, guests were able to browse a highly curated selection of products and presents from a custom-designed gifting suite.

Fully Submerged in an Underwater World

Our team built the entire experience around a “Fully Submerged” central theme. Case in point: The larger-than-life ballroom experience, where attendees weaved their way through seven custom-designed rooms showcasing nautical, steampunk-inspired elements (think: gears and clocks galore). And that was just the start: an LED floor created the illusion of a massive submarine floating on water; a live video feed showcased the Great Barrier Reef in real time; dancers clad in jellyfish-inspired costumes captivated the crowd; and a jaw-dropping, 32-foot custom octopus hung from the ceiling. To keep the celebrations going, we planned a lively after-party with a surprise DJ set. Capping off the trip, the “Havana Night” farewell event featured memorable performances by water drummers and bubble dancers, followed by one final after-party and a mesmerizing fountain show.
