Bringing International Luxury to a Las Vegas Ballroom

As an experienced team of destination management experts, we’re no strangers to planning place-specific itineraries. For this one-day incentive trip, our team pushed a destination-inspired concept even further by capturing the energy and essence of Tokyo, Dubai, Paris, and Monaco, all within one Las Vegas ballroom. From Japanese rice paper lamps hanging around the Tokyo-themed bar to racing simulators that nodded to Monaco’s Grand Prix, every carefully considered detail paid homage to the four glamorous cities. What’s more, this event featured one of our most dramatic entrances to date: a Kabuki drop that caught every guest’s attention, unveiled the space, and set the tone for a theatrical, high-energy experience.

While our team set out to celebrate several international destinations, we also wanted this program to maintain a Las Vegas feel — and that meant plenty of casino-inspired entertainment. So, DCi planners designed more than a dozen custom games to test attendees’ luck, including a code-breaking quest and a “Monaco Money” spin-the-wheel experience. Client-branded elements and bespoke graphics further tailored each activity to the group. One of the standout pieces? A custom-fabricated bank vault that served as both a gathering space and a unique photo backdrop. With all the creative details in place, the next step was determining an event flow that would allow guests to experience every little thing. That’s why DCi led and coordinated top-notch local staff, who helped ensure seamless guest interactions at every event touchpoint and activation.
