Customizing a Corporate Getaway in the Heart of Music City

For the 2025 Chairperson’s Roundtable in Nashville, we gave guests the keys to an unforgettable Music City experience. For this premium, four-day event, we curated adventures tailored to every interest and enthusiasm. Attendees explored Nashville their way, choosing between high-energy e-bike food crawls, premium local whiskey tastings, and a thrilling live NFL game outing. For the music lovers, we offered hands-on Gibson Guitar experiences and unlocked VIP access to the Musicians Hall of Fame for private tours. DCi managed every aspect of the experience — from transportation, design, and production to VIP events, dining and activities, and the marquee closing celebration. The result was a seamless, elevated program that amplified our client’s brand, energized attendees, and delivered exceptional value.

One major highlight of the program? An evening at a luxe supper club and entertainment venue on the iconic Broadway strip. Participants soaked in the swanky nightlife vibe while sampling upscale takes on regional classics, like pork belly dumplings and short rib potstickers. We also coordinated a rollicking after-party at a multi-story club, where guests danced to live music in the honky-tonk, sipped craft cocktails in the speakeasy, and admired panoramic views of the Nashville skyline from the rooftop lounge. For the fabulous closing night, DCi’s creative event planners transformed the historic Grand Ole Opry into the setting for an exclusive Music City gala, blending premium catering, custom decor, and world-class entertainment to create a CMA Award-worthy finale.
