We knew that the more positively engaged the delegates were, the more likely they would be to return to California as tourists and international guests.

So, we made sure the activation encompassed the most iconic and fun things from all over California and had something new and different for everyone each day.

How about a road trip to show off our great state?

We decided to build a road trip–themed courtyard representing several California cities with multiple themed bars and food stands, an oversized photography wall for social media, and unique daily entertainment for all five days.

This way, the delegates would better understand what California is all about while engaging in the fun at the conference.
