DCi orchestrated a remarkable annual incentive trip in Frisco, TX, highlighting the team’s exceptional design and production capabilities. The multi-day experience was hosted at the newly unveiled Omni PGA Frisco Resort and featured a welcoming reception and a prestigious awards dinner.

The main highlight was the off-site extravaganza, where DCi constructed an entirely bespoke state fair, complete with a towering 110-ft ferris wheel, a variety of carnival rides and games, and thematic décor. This event was further enhanced by an electrifying neon carnival — adorned with vibrant signs and suspended guitars, creating an unforgettable experience.

• A cantina-themed soirée at Omni PGA Frisco, featuring unique décor, a bespoke hat display, culinary delights, and interactive photo booths.
• Custom saloon that included a suite of (20) tailor-made carnival attractions and games, complete with thematic station fronts and larger-than-life props.
• A Texas beer pavilion showcasing a selection of local brews, 18 food stations, and trucks, fair staples, and specialty cocktail bars.
• Created a mesmerizing neon forest, aglow with entrancing lights and visuals, thoughtfully designed to include ASMR elements and a variety of inclusive experiences.
• Managed additional entertainment such as canine acrobatics, Roman equestrian displays, and longhorn photo ops, ensuring all alcoholic beverages were sourced from Texas (including spirits, wines, and beers).
• Designed an exquisite Texas-inspired gifting suite that captivated and charmed attendees.
• Hosted an on-site awards banquet where DCi meticulously crafted a refined atmosphere with elegant décor, strategic foyer setups, culminating in an exclusive celebratory after-party.
