A total ballroom makeover.

To honor their employees with a luxuriously fun annual awards dinner and after-party centered around the theme “going green,” we were tasked with transforming an average ballroom into a sparkling green and glamorous affair. It was a fun challenge we all loved conquering.

How do you mix sparkle with environmental consciousness?

Our design and decor team outdid themselves with a mix of textiles, light art, plants, table settings, furniture, and chandeliers that said “awards ceremony” and “conservation” at the same time.

Outside the ballroom, we transformed a hotel registration station into a mid-century modern lounge for mixing and mingling.
